Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3 to support precision finishing, deburring, and surface preparation activities in a manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you'll operate grinding and sanding equipment, prepare parts for inspection, maintain production records, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products while working as part of a collaborative operations team.

What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate grinding, sanding, polishing, and deburring equipment.
  • Remove burrs, excess material, nicks, and surface imperfections from machined components.
  • Perform hand filing, hand sanding, and pneumatic sanding operations as required.
  • Wash, clean, and polish parts prior to quality inspection.
  • Operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the work area.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure reliable operation.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
  • Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, production, or a related industrial environment.
  • 1+ year of experience operating grinding, sanding, deburring, polishing, or similar finishing equipment.
  • 1+ year of experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or manufacturing specifications.
  • 1+ year of experience performing quality-focused work with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production documentation and records.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
