SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Specialist III is responsible for maintaining and providing input for improvements to utilities and facilities supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic filling operations. This position supports operations in ensuring use-ready and compliant facilities and utilities, including advanced troubleshooting, completion of preventive maintenance, and the completion of CMMS and GMP-related documentation. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist III is expected to provide input to management, including planning of maintenance work, project management tasks, and investigating and resolving unusual situations. This role also provides guidance and coordination to team members and trains staff on elements of the facilities maintenance trades. QUALIFICATIONS
The hiring rate for this position is $32.92-37.04 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
