Inside the Role

As a Digital Fleet Specialist on the Aftermarket Digital Experience (ADX) team, you will help drive fleet adoption, growth, and satisfaction with Excelerator, DTNA's premier Aftermarket eCommerce platform. Utilized by our dealers and customers for efficient and streamlined Parts business operations, Excelerator is expanding to incorporate other lines of business including extended warranty and connectivity services.

This position involves a unique combination of knowledge and skills - customer advocacy, customer support, technical troubleshooting, process mapping, data analysis, project management, and excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Position offers a startingsalary range of$58,000 to $75,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

Fleet Adoption and Success with Excelerator Solutions


  • New Fleet Onboarding - Provide support to Senior Digital Fleet Specialists in the onboarding of new fleets, including:
    • Participate in Fleet meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
    • Prepare detailed information for new fleet account setups.
    • Support and/or prepare training sessions and communications with Fleets and Dealers.
    • Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of customer-facing marketing, training, and communication materials.
  • New and Enhanced Functionality:
    • Participate in sessions with National Account Managers (NAMs), District Parts Managers (DPMs), Dealers, and Fleets to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine enhancements through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
    • Monitor competing digital solutions to ensure Excelerator remains a leading fleet eCommerce platform.
    • Perform Sprint Testing and User Acceptance Testing of new functionality, including engaging with fleets for UAT where necessary.
    • Support the development and execution of rollout plans for new functionality
    • Monitor success of new functionality through reporting and Fleet and Dealer feedback sessions
  • Fleet Relationship Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Provide day-to-day support to assigned Excelerator fleets, including timely troubleshooting of all issues and requests. Conduct in-depth analysis of issues, identify trends, and provide recommendations for resolution.
    • Partner with ADX-Integration and ADX-IT to investigate recurring failures, issues, and system errors while identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
    • Participate in regular business reviews with assigned fleet customers to drive utilization, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, marketing or other related field, and 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Background in customer service and/or technical support
  • Strong Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Tableau or other data reporting tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience with Excelerator.com, PartsProX, SAP Hybris/Commerce, and Jira
  • Experience with a variety of Fleet Management Systems
  • Knowledge of fleet procurement and payment processes
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies, system integrations, and web services
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools
