Position Title: Production Receiving

Production Receiving Responsibilities: - Receive and unload incoming materials from suppliers or internal departments - Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications - Verify received quantities against purchase orders or shipping documents - Record all incoming materials in NetSuite or designated inventory systems - Label, store and organize materials in designated areas - Notify relevant personnel of any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues - Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to resolve delivery or quality issues - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area - Assist in shipping activities and fulfill additional responsibilities during lead absences - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties Requirements for Production Receiving: - Prior experience in a receiving, inventory, or warehouse role preferred - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 40 lbs) regularly - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling procedures - Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
