Key Responsibilities



  • Build and execute comprehensive transition and readiness plans, including detailed stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measurement strategies.
  • Identify and analyze affected user groups, clearly defining the changes for each, and meticulously preparing them ahead of go-live dates.
  • Develop high-quality training content, practical job aids, and robust enablement materials in a consistent, reusable format.
  • Construct polished, executive-ready presentations and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Author clear, audience-appropriate communications tailored for employee, stakeholder, and leadership audiences.
  • Monitor readiness progress, proactively escalate risks, and keep project leads informed of any adoption gaps.
  • Coordinate user participation throughout testing cycles, including scheduling, providing clear instructions, and facilitating issue follow-up.
  • Drive readiness initiatives for high-impact employee populations most affected by upcoming changes.
  • Collaborate closely with managed service providers on the development and delivery of training materials.
  • Take ownership of go-live readiness for each required global release.
  • Produce and publish weekly communications to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transition management, change management, or organizational readiness on enterprise-level programs.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully preparing large user populations for significant system or process changes, including global or multi-region rollouts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing strong writing, editing, and the ability to craft audience-specific messaging.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a design-oriented background, capable of producing polished, visually clear materials for executive audiences.
  • Proven experience building training content and enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Ability to work independently, establish structure in ambiguous environments, and operate effectively with limited direction.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, external suppliers, and diverse cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience with global rollouts across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is highly recommended.
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Previous experience with significant technology and regulatory changes within a similar organizational context.
