Accelerating the delivery of care and providing superior force health readiness across the Military, Federal, and Civilian landscapes. Summary:

America's Army places competent and qualified Soldiers in formations to support the full range of capabilities to deter, shape and win the nation's wars. The Program Manager (PM) shall provide support services for the Army National Guard (ARNG).


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Approve all required products and deliverables, and respond to COR-HRS, COR-RA and KO questions and requests.
  • Review, execute and identify problems and ensure that the Government is provided timely notification of funding or executed related issues.
  • Be responsible for the unit's work performance and compliance.
  • Assist with retaining and placing soldiers into ARNG units who are Duty Military Occupational Specialty Qualified (DMOSQ) in high-demand, low-density Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) to maintain overall readiness.
  • Recruiting and accessing qualified Prior Service (PS) Soldiers into the ARNG from the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) is a key element for the ARNG to meet its overall accession mission.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Possess exceptional customer service, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong program development and management experience required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing related recruiting programs to 8-10yrs.
  • Contractor personnel performing transition counseling at Reserve Component Transition locations must have been awarded and served in a Career Management Field (CMF) 79, MOS.
  • Additional Skill Identifier (ASI) 4R
  • Obtain all required certifications and clearances, including SOFA and personnel security clearances (if applicable)
  • Must be willing and able to travel as required in support of the contract.
