The Student/Participant will assist with the daily operations of the screen-printing business while gaining hands-on experience. This position provides students/participants with an opportunity to learn the screen-printing process and develop workplace skills in a creative environment.

Learning Opportunities

Students/Participants will gain experience in:



  • Screen-printing techniques and production processes (ie. Helping with set up, clean up and maintaining screen-printing equipment).
  • Packaging and distributing completed orders.
  • Graphic design and artwork preparation.
  • Customer service and communication.
  • Inventory management and organization.
  • Team collaboration and workplace professionalism.
  • Time management and project coordination.
  • Small business operations and entrepreneurship.
  • Quality assurance.

  • Interest in graphic design, art, business, marketing, or production.
  • Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
