Position Overview This role can be based in Denver, CO following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible) The Senior Demand Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the enterprise intake and demand management process for Global IT. This role serves as the primary owner of the front door into Global IT, ensuring all business and GIT-sponsored requests are evaluated, governed, prioritized, routed, and transitioned into execution through a standardized process. This position partners closely with business stakeholders, GIT leaders, portfolio managers, architects, project managers, and platform teams to ensure demand is aligned to strategic priorities, appropriately evaluated, and visible throughout its lifecycle. The role is accountable for driving transparency, governance, operational efficiency, and reporting across the demand intake process. Essential Job Functions Demand Management & Intake Ownership
