The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and priorities.
* Analyze current and future space, technology, and operational needs.
* Coordinate internal and external reviews of master plans and project documents.
* Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
Experience/Skills:
* Active Secret Clearance
* Minimum 7 years of experience in facility and project planning.
* Expertise in space allocation, portfolio optimization, and workplace planning.
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of federal planning standards and regulations.
* Ability to develop timelines, milestones, and project frameworks.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
* Advanced degree or certification in planning (e.g., American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)) preferred. *Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. *Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
