The Bakery Production Worker is responsible for packaging cookie dough products for shipment in a fast-paced food production environment. This role involves loading bags of cookie dough into shipping boxes, maintaining production efficiency, and following quality and safety standards. Job Duties Load bags of cookie dough into shipping boxes. Prepare products for shipment according to quality standards. Maintain production pace and meet daily output goals. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Physical Capabilities Lift and move bags weighing up to 20 pounds. Stand for extended periods. Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Bend, reach, and twist as needed.
