Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented bilingual entry-level FP&A Staff to join our Finance & Accounting Team. Based 100% on-site at our Clarksville, TN facility, this role will support financial planning, reporting, cost analysis, and business performance management while serving as a key communication bridge between local U.S. operations and our global headquarters in Korea.

Under the guidance of senior leadership, the FP&A Staff will apply foundational knowledge of financial, managerial, and cost accounting to analyze financial and operational data, support budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor OPEX and COGS performance, and provide actionable financial insights to business leaders.

The ability to communicate financial information clearly and accurately in both English and Korean is essential, as this position regularly interacts with U.S. operations and the company's global headquarters in Korea.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Support the collection, validation, cleaning, and consolidation of financial, manufacturing, and operational data from ERP and other business systems. Develop and improve recurring reports and analytical tools to support accurate and timely decision-making.
• OPEX Management & Budgetary Control: Assist with monthly tracking and analysis of Operating Expenses (OPEX) across departments. Monitor actual spending against budgets and forecasts, investigate significant variances, and provide spending visibility to management.
• Cost Accounting & Variance Analysis: Support the analysis of product costs, raw material valuations, inventory movements, and manufacturing expenses. Investigate cost variances and assist with root-cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and margin changes.
• Monthly Financial Performance Reporting: Prepare recurring financial reporting packages and supporting analyses. Track key operational and financial KPIs and perform Actual vs. Budget and Forecast variance analysis for OPEX and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Cross-Border Business Partnering: Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between local U.S. operations and the global headquarters in Korea. Support financial reporting, information sharing, and coordination between U.S. operational managers and headquarters.
• Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Support financial analysis and modeling for capital expenditure (CapEx), cost optimization initiatives, operational improvement projects, and other cross-functional business evaluations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, managerial accounting, or a relevant corporate internship environment.
• Language Proficiency: Professional-level fluency in written and verbal English and Korean. Must possess the ability to articulate financial insights, draft internal memos, and facilitate business communications seamlessly in both languages.
• Technical & Excel Competencies: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and building clean, logical, and auditable spreadsheets). Foundational knowledge of General Accounting and Cost Accounting, OPEX tracking mechanisms, and Managerial Accounting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CPA, CMA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification is a plus.
• ERP & Financial Systems: Practical exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and financial planning/reporting tools such as Essbase, is a plus.
• Bilingual Korean-English

Logistics & Working Conditions

• Work Location: 100% On-site requirement at our Clarksville, TN facility. Ability to reliably commute to the office daily is required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Schedule flexibility to occasionally participate in evening video conferences or conference calls with the global headquarters in Korea due to the time zone difference.
