WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR AT TCH ?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations, manage our accounting staff, and ensure the highest standards of financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings one (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience to accurately manage employee compensation and tax reporting. They must possess a strong technical background in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to oversee general ledger maintenance and lead the preparation of complex financial statements. Additionally, one (1) year of supervisory experience is required to effectively mentor, guide, and evaluate our internal accounting staff, alongside a total of three (3) years of related professional accounting experience. A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business is required.
