What You'll Do



  • Lead the day-to-day execution and performance management of paid advertising campaigns for assigned client accounts.
  • Oversee campaign management across a variety of platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Build and launch comprehensive campaigns from inception to delivery, ensuring precision and timely execution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed client goals and performance targets.
  • Strategically manage client media budgets, providing insightful recommendations for allocation and spend.
  • Monitor budget pacing and campaign performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, manage bids, and implement ongoing campaign optimizations.
  • Proactively develop and present strategic recommendations, anticipating client needs and opportunities.
  • Identify potential performance risks early and determine when strategic intervention is required.
  • Create and maintain testing roadmaps to foster an ongoing experimentation strategy within campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to extract clear, actionable insights and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular client performance updates, detailing results, trends, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with account leadership and other channel specialists to develop integrated media strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams regarding performance, deliverables, strategy, and action items.
  • Stay at the forefront of evolving paid media platforms, tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows, analysis, and campaign performance.


Qualifications



  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
  • Strong experience with at least 2+ paid media platforms, such as Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with:

    • Campaign development
    • Campaign optimization
    • Bid optimization
    • Keyword research
    • Ad copy development
    • Testing strategy
    • Budget management
    • Performance reporting


  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Comfort interpreting complex data and crafting clear performance narratives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable and confident presenting recommendations and results directly to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable to rapidly changing performance or market conditions.
