MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with either a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, public policy or related field; plus, two years of professional-level experience in finance, business administration, budgeting, or contract management, a master's degree in a related field or CPA may substitute for 1 year of experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to the position will be required to complete the following to the satisfaction of the employer:
- Criminal Background Investigation
- Credit Check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in budget preparation and analysis through financial forecasting, rate studies and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex matters in a succinct and efficient manner to executive level staff.
- Possesses strong critical thinking/analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
- At least two years of experience with administering financial/accounting processes and procedures in financial systems other than System Analysis Program (SAP).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Incumbent is subject to random drug testing.
- Work is generally sedentary; however, employee may be required to do some walking, standing, bending, and carry items under five pounds.
- All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Panel interview and may include a practical exercise.
