Aquent is partnering with an innovative global leader in technology, a company at the forefront of shaping the future through advanced electronics and semiconductors. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic visual storyteller to join their creative team. This is a unique opportunity to visually articulate the cutting-edge work of a pioneering technology company, transforming complex technical concepts into compelling, polished imagery that resonates with executive audiences and B2B partners. Your lens will be instrumental in defining the visual narrative of innovation and excellence, capturing everything from intricate product details to executive portraits and vibrant workplace culture.

About the Role

In this freelance role, you will be an essential part of a small rotation of on-site day-players, collaborating closely with internal producers. Your focus will be on delivering professional, high-impact still photography that meets the exacting standards of executive-level communication, technical product showcases, and B2B marketing. If you excel at making complex technology look clean and compelling through your craft, this engagement is for you.

Hours: Part-Time / Freelance Rotation (approx. 8-16 hours/week)

Employment Type: Freelance/ Day-Player

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Photography Support: Capture high-quality stills across multiple categories, including:

    • Corporate headshots and executive leadership portraits.

    • Technical product photography, including macro shots of very small components and circuit boards.
    • Facility and architectural imagery.
    • Employee spotlights, culture-focused stills, and workplace events.

  • Production Collaboration: Work directly with internal producers on shot lists, studio/location setups, and overall visual strategy.
  • Lighting & Direction: Skillfully light and pose subjects to maintain a high level of executive-level polish.
  • Brand Consistency: Deliver consistent, color-accurate, on-brand imagery under tight production schedules.
  • Asset Handoff: Complete shooting calls and transfer raw files directly to internal teams for post-production.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Portfolio: Strong corporate and B2B portfolio demonstrating polished, business-appropriate work, including headshots, facilities, and product photography, rather than purely lifestyle or artistic media.
  • Technical Product Expertise: Demonstrated ability to light and photograph small-scale objects and technical equipment.
  • Lighting & Composition: Advanced proficiency with studio and portable lighting setups for both people and macro/product subjects.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable and professional when working on set with senior leadership and cross-functional corporate teams.
  • On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site, pass a background check, and obtain necessary site credentials.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience working on active sets alongside video production teams.
  • Familiarity with corporate production environments (e.g., live broadcasts, town halls, training sessions, or B2B marketing shoots).
  • Scheduling flexibility to support short-notice on-site shoots as production needs arise.
