About the Role The Senior Health Services Researcher supports the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Support Services (IS3) program by providing expert consultation, evaluation, research, and analytical support to advance evidence-based healthcare practices across the Military Health System. The position serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for assessing healthcare programs, evaluating implementation outcomes, synthesizing scientific evidence, and providing strategic recommendations that improve healthcare delivery, readiness, and patient outcomes. The Senior Health Services Researcher collaborates closely with government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary project teams to support consultation projects and enterprise implementation science initiatives. Beyond contract execution, the Senior Health Services Researcher will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting organizational growth, solution development, and future health program opportunities.
