HJF is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support the National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC) in Bethesda, MD. Embedded within the Military-Civilian Medical Surge Program (MCMSP), this role delivers essential administrative and operational support to facilitate seamless coordination across military and civilian partners. The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and tactical support to optimize the daily execution and outreach of the MCMSP. Working under the direction of the Director, Deputy Director, and Program Manager, this role serves as the central administrative hub for managing the complex schedules and multi-agency interactions of program leadership. The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in proactive calendar management, coordinating high-level meeting schedules, and directing logistics for multi-agency convenings and site visits across military, civilian, and academic partnerships. Additionally, the Coordinator maintains stakeholder and engagement trackers and manages a centralized Google Site. The Coordinator provides the essential administrative and logistical foundation that keeps partners informed, engaged, and aligned with the program.
