About Great Wolf Lodge

Great Wolf Resorts is North America's leading family of indoor water park resorts, delivering memorable family vacations across 23 locations. Our digital products, from booking and reservations to the in-lodge guest experience, play a critical role in how families plan and enjoy their stay. We're looking for a UX Designer to help us continue raising the bar on those experiences across our website, guest app, pack member app, kiosk, and POS solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for guest-facing and internal digital products, from concept through high-fidelity execution
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps to communicate design solutions
  • Extend and maintain Great Wolf's Figma-based design system, producing complete, engineering-ready components across coverage gaps
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders to align designs with business goals and brand standards
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
  • Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to validate design decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or consumer digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and visual craft, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-quality final UI design
  • Ability to work independently and own design work end-to-end with minimal direction when partnering directly with product teams
  • Figma proficiency including component architecture, auto layout, and design tokens, with experience working within and extending an established design system
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms and designing mobile-first
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
  • Availability to work on-site 3 days per week at the Great Wolf corporate office

What We Offer

  • Collaborative, on-site environment that includes snacks and catered lunches on Tuesdays
  • Opportunity to shape guest experiences for a beloved family travel brand
  • Friends and Family discounts for lodge visits for yourself and your family
  • Quarterly social events and happy hours
  • Potential for contract extension

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Hotel, Lodging, Food and Beverage, Entertainment or Amusement industries.
