Manchester, Connecticut \| ProHealth Physicians of Manchester (Optum) ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician (PA or NP) to join its physician-led team in Manchester, CT. This opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-centered care environment where clinicians practice with autonomy, strong support, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership and career growth while helping patients take ownership of their health. Position Highlights Physician-led, team-based primary care practice with autonomy and support. No evenings or weekends; optional call schedule supporting work-life balance. Individualized onboarding and mentorship program. Moderate scheduling templates for consistency and structure. Leadership, teaching, administrative, and growth opportunities available; loan repayment offered for eligible providers. Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Nursing or Physician Assistant program. Current, unrestricted Connecticut NP or PA license, or ability to obtain. Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC/AANP) or Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA). Unrestricted CSR and DEA license, or willingness to obtain prior to start. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
