ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Effectively and creatively communicates Mouser's overall value to customers.
  • Increase sales from existing assigned customer accounts by locating and identifying new business opportunities and building rapport and relationships with key decision makers.
  • Work with Customer Service Representatives and Management to penetrate shared CDR accounts more deeply.
  • Interacts effectively and professionally with others and is able to initiate, establish, and maintain highly effective business relationships with internal and external contacts of various cultures.
  • Demonstrate ability to convert prospects and close sales while maintaining established sales goals. Follow up on customer-submitted requests for quotation.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Plans and analyzes the impact of decisions before execution.
  • Expand product knowledge utilizing all available sources.


SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Internet savvy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and understand terminal/PC screens and printed reports.
