Security Systems Installer I Location: Summerville, SC Schedule/Shift: Four 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off Pay: $22 to $26 per hour Position Type: Contract Job Summary We are hiring a Security Systems Installer I to support low voltage security installations at project sites along the South Carolina coast. This position assists with camera installation, access control systems, and related cabling. Entry level candidates with some low voltage or electrical experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Work locations range from Georgetown, SC, to Hilton Head Island, SC. Job Responsibilities Assist with installing security cameras, access control devices, and related equipment. Pull, route, secure, and label low voltage cabling for security systems. Assist with mounting devices and connecting associated wiring. Support system testing and basic troubleshooting under the direction of experienced technicians. Follow installation instructions and established jobsite safety procedures. Maintain organized work areas and handle tools and equipment responsibly. Job Requirements Some low voltage or electrical experience is required; entry level candidates will be considered. Experience installing security cameras or access control systems is preferred. Willingness to learn security installation practices and follow direction. Ability to use basic hand tools and work effectively with an installation team. Reliable attendance and availability to work four 10-hour days each week. Ability to travel to assigned project sites from Georgetown, SC, to Hilton Head Island, SC.
