The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own the tactical, per-TMS execution of that integrations roadmap - turning strategy set at the portfolio level into a prioritized, tracked body of work for a defined set of TMS partners in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA.

This role sits on the technical/tactical layer of DAT's integrations engagement model: works with the Senior PM, Integrations (who owns the cross-portfolio roadmap) and alongside Commercial Technical Support and Implementation Managers, who depend on this role to keep integration work moving without needing to negotiate directly with each TMS partner themselves. You'll engage TMS partner project and engineering teams directly, but at a tactical, execution level - scoping, sequencing, and unblocking work - not setting strategy or owning the commercial relationship.

What You'll Own

  • Per-TMS Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the tactical roadmap for each TMS partner assigned to you: scoping new integrations, building new endpoints, and managing large-scale migrations. Basically, anything integrations-related that touches more than one broker.
  • Intake & Request Management: Manage and develop the intake process for all internal requests against your assigned TMS partners: triage, timelines, and prioritization, with a clear, current view of the request landscape for each TMS you own.
  • Technical Liaison to TMS Partners: Be DAT's internal liaison to each assigned TMS partner's project and engineering teams for day-to-day technical execution.
  • Strategic Signal to Senior PM: Surface patterns, risks, and partner asks up to the Senior PM, Integrations and Engineering teams who turn them into a single roadmap narrative across DAT's full TMS portfolio.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with Commercial Technical Support and Implementation Managers to keep integration work and broker launches moving in lockstep; your prioritization decisions are what IM routes through instead of going to the TMS partner directly.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing technical delivery, integration, or platform work in a cross-functional environment: comfortable turning ambiguous, competing requests into a prioritized, trackable plan.
  • Technical fluency with integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SFTP/legacy protocols) sufficient to scope work credibly with engineering and speak knowledgeably with a partner's technical team.
  • Strong prioritization and intake-management instincts - you'll own a live request queue across several TMS partners at once and need to keep it honest.
  • Comfortable operating at a tactical, project level with external partners without owning the strategic relationship (you'll hand strategic signal up rather than negotiate roadmap or commercial terms directly)
  • Organized and process-minded: this role stands up a meaningful chunk of DAT's new intake and tracking process for TMS-related work.
