Data Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote (Must Reside in Washington, DC) Pay Rate: $25.67 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support a high-performing team in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational and business decisions.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or trends.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data and reporting needs.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Required
- Must be a current resident of Washington, DC.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, customer support analytics, administrative operations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Experience working in healthcare, government, customer service, or administrative support environments.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
