JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Global Medical Communications and Learning Lead who is strategic, collaborative and scientifically rigorous to join our Medical Communities team. This is a hybrid role to be based out of our US Headquarters near Atlanta, GA. About the role You will shape scientific communications and learning strategies for assigned assets or therapeutic areas. As a key asset team member, you will translate medical strategy into clear, consistent communications, field medical resources, congress plans and learning programs. You will align scientific evidence, disease understanding and product aspirations across internal and external audiences, while establishing standards, reusable content and impact measures that strengthen medical education, data dissemination and stakeholder decision-making. Who you'll work with You will work closely with Global Asset Heads, Global Medical Leads and regional and local medical teams. You will partner across patient impact operations, publications, training, medical information, patient engagement, corporate communications, access and commercial teams, excluding sales. You will also collaborate with medical science liaisons, country representatives, external agencies and the medical community to co-create content, deliver education, support congress engagement and generate scientific insights. Salary The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $148,000 to $194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
