Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make

Join our team as a Dishwasher and play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. In this fast-paced, team-oriented position, you'll help ensure kitchen and dining operations run smoothly by maintaining sanitation standards, cleaning dishware and kitchen equipment, and supporting overall kitchen organization. We're looking for a reliable, service-minded individual who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to providing exceptional support to residents and fellow team members. Previous food service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most.

-Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following established sanitation and infection control standards

-Support safe and efficient kitchen operations by maintaining clean and organized dish and food preparation areas

-Assist with refuse removal, recycling, and maintaining clean kitchen and dining service spaces

-Support floor cleaning and general kitchen sanitation to maintain a safe work environment

-Work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining quality and safety standards

-Collaborate with dining team members to support meal service and daily kitchen operations

-Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive, service-focused attitude toward residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

-Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents and team members

-Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

-Reliable attendance and consistent professional work habits

-Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions

-Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings

-Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

-1+ year previous dishwashing or food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or skilled nursing environments

-Experience working in fast-paced kitchen or dining service environments
