Assembler Permobil has a position open for a Assembler Pay Range: $18 to $20 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.) Your Role in Our Mission Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components and products. Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Perform tactical tasks required to takt time pace. Ensure proper handling of components and materials. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the assembly process. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process. Responsible for inspecting and testing finished products. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning their tools, equipment, and work area. Meet production targets and deadlines. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action. Follow directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments. Work independently and with others in a team environment while maintaining professionalism. What You'll Bring Proficiency in the English Language (written and oral). Strong communication, reading, counting, and math skills. Working knowledge of hand tools. Ability to pay close attention to detail and perform accurate work.
