Dorsey is seeking a Paralegal to join our Finance & Restructuring team in our Salt Lake City or Phoenix office. In this role, you'll be an essential member of Dorsey's client service teams, working both independently and alongside attorneys and clients on an array of substantive client matters. If you're highly organized, committed to exceptional client service, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

* Assemble closing books.
* Order UCC/lien searches and prepare summaries of results.
* Prepare and file UCC financing statements on subject entities.
* Prepare simple bankruptcy and other documents.
* Draft correspondence of a limited nature.
* Obtain documents from state agencies.
* Maintain files, assemble information and prepare materials for attorney.
* May be requested to perform other duties not listed above.

What we're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program.
* At least one (1) year of related experience.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Analytical ability, very good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work in office 50% of the work week, increasing to at least 80% of the work week (at least four days per work week) starting January 4, 2027.

Preferred:

* A general knowledge of the loan process and some basic knowledge of bankruptcy.
