Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Thursday (6 AM - 3:30 PM) + Fridays (6 AM - 10 AM)

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Windows and the ability to learn inventory and production software systems.
  • Basic math skills required for inventory tracking, production counts, and work order completion.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and company procedures.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 3 years of assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, material handling, and production documentation.
  • Experience performing quality inspections and maintaining accurate production records preferred.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to enhance assembly processes and production efficiency.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, labeling, or warehouse management systems is a plus.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely and ergonomically operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Capable of working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.


Job Duties



  • Assemble products and components according to work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards.
  • Pull inventory from designated warehouse locations and gather materials required to complete production orders.
  • Update inventory records, production data, and work order information within company systems.
  • Print and apply production labels using shared computer software and labeling systems.
  • Conduct quality inspections on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Restock inventory, organize warehouse materials, and maintain accurate inventory control.
  • Collaborate with team members, assist with training activities, and support overall production operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies, safety procedures, and ergonomic practices.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, safety documentation, and additional duties as assigned.
