Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) to join our team onsite in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Join a dynamic team responsible for gathering and analyzing global financial data across multiple sectors to produce executive-level reports and insights that support strategic decision-making. This role leads financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives. The position offers frequent interaction with Haworth executives and supports acquisitions and high-priority business initiatives. All reporting and analysis must comply with accounting standards and company policies, providing accurate and actionable financial information.
Essential Functions
- At the direction of department Leadership, conduct work and activities that support established Strategic Financial Initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate the development of annual corporate financial plans and budgets to meet corporate objectives.
- Lead and manage special projects related to accounting and finance, such as system implementations or process improvements.
- Mentor and train Finance members on processes and standard of work.
- Conduct complex financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,or equivalent area of study.
- Education Equivalency:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study plus 2 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles, or
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
Experience:
- 5 years relatedexperience in Accounting or Finance roles with aBachelor's degree or,
- 3 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles with a Master's degree.
- Equivalent Military experience.
Additionally:
- Ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP BPC.
- Experience working in a global manufacturing organization.
