Business Unit Manager
Job Description Dewberry is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead our Northern California operations, including Rancho Cordova, Manteca, and Fresno. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving market growth, overseeing business performance, developing client relationships, and leading a high-performing engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing regional strategy while collaborating with transportation, water, and infrastructure leaders across California and the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a market-facing leader with a strong engineering consulting background, proven P&L responsibility, and a track record of growing teams, expanding client relationships, and delivering profitable results.
