Role Description & Responsibilities:

Dassault Systemes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, is seeking an Industry Process Consultant to join our DELMIA team, supporting the technical sales strategy for DELMIA Apriso and the broader 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturers, connecting operational challenges with digital manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with sales, services, R&D, and implementation partners to develop solution strategies, demonstrate business value, and support customers throughout their manufacturing transformation journey.

  • Drive customer engagement and discovery: Partner with manufacturing executives, operations leaders, and plant-floor experts to assess existing processes, identify business challenges, and define transformation opportunities across production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and manufacturing performance.
  • Lead technical sales and solution strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to shape strategic opportunities, develop value propositions, and position DELMIA Apriso and 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities through workshops, demonstrations, RFP/RFQ responses, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Design manufacturing solution concepts: Translate customer requirements into scalable MES/MOM solution architectures, integrating manufacturing execution with ERP, engineering, automation, supply chain, and enterprise systems.
  • Align solution strategy with delivery: Work alongside DELMIA services and implementation partners to validate solution feasibility, identify dependencies and risks, and ensure continuity between pre-sales engagements and implementation.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise and thought leadership: Develop compelling manufacturing use cases, reference architectures, and reusable sales enablement assets while contributing to DELMIA's industry positioning and digital manufacturing strategy.
  • Influence business outcomes: Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, articulate measurable business value, and help expand DELMIA's footprint within strategic manufacturing accounts.
  • Location: United States or Canada (flexible)
Travel: As required for customer engagements
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. An advanced degree or relevant manufacturing technology certifications are advantageous.
  • Professional experience: Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations, MES/MOM implementation, solution consulting, technical sales, or enterprise digital transformation. Experience supporting complex customer engagements and enterprise software sales cycles is highly desirable.
  • Manufacturing and technical expertise: Strong understanding of production execution, quality management, warehouse and material logistics, traceability and genealogy, electronic batch records, work instructions, maintenance operations, and manufacturing performance management. Knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88, manufacturing integration patterns, and enterprise architecture is expected.
  • Software and integration knowledge: Experience with MES/MOM platforms and their integration with ERP, automation, historians, engineering systems, and enterprise applications. Familiarity with DELMIA Apriso, 3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable enterprise manufacturing software is a strong advantage.
  • Business and communication skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to communicate complex manufacturing concepts to executive stakeholders and technical audiences, translate business requirements into solution strategies, and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Collaboration and leadership: Strategic, self-directed professional capable of influencing cross-functional teams, managing multiple customer opportunities, and building effective relationships across sales, services, R&D, partners, and customer organizations. Willingness to travel as required.
What's in it for you?
  • Professional development and career growth: Access opportunities to strengthen your expertise in manufacturing technology, strategic solution consulting, and enterprise digital transformation, with potential career pathways into senior technical, industry consulting, and leadership roles.
  • Collaborative and global environment: Work alongside experienced industry specialists, technical experts, and commercial teams in an international organization that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and individual contributions.
  • Cutting-edge technologies and meaningful projects: Leverage DELMIA Apriso and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to help leading manufacturers improve operational performance, accelerate digital transformation, and build connected manufacturing environments.
