The unit is supported by three PCTs per shift and has a strong, family-oriented culture with an experienced team committed to patient-centered care, collaboration, and advocacy. New graduates are welcome! The ideal candidate is kind, compassionate, professional, team-oriented, and has a genuine desire to care for others. Healthcare experience is not required, and backgrounds in customer service, caregiving, volunteer work, community service, or mission work are valued. This position is afull-time Night shift working with 3-12 hour shifts from 6:00 PM-6:30 AM. We offer self-scheduling for shift and weekend coverage. Scheduled workdays may vary, as there are no set or fixed days. Weekend and Holiday Rotations are required in this role. Weekend shift differentials are offered, along with evening and night shift differentials where applicable. Why Join Us? Provides patient related care tasks based on the principles of growth and development across the life span of patients served in his/her independent unit. Assists, observes, and reports patient changes to licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical record documentation relative to the care delivered.
