Operating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs of each patient. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. By maintaining a focus on safety and collaborative practice, the RN Staff Nurse serves as a vital advocate for the patient while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team. Shift: 7p - 7a 4 Main - Acute Medical & Surgical Unit The patients on this 36-bed unit range in age from infants to adolescents, caring for a wide variety of medical, surgical, and behavioral diagnoses.
