Job Summary Entry-level scientist responsible for performing laboratory experiments and scientific activities supporting the development, optimization, characterization, and support of immunohematology reagents and in-vitro diagnostic assays. Works under established procedures and with guidance from more experienced scientists to execute experiments, collect, analyze and interpret data, maintain accurate scientific documentation, and contribute to project objectives. Develops foundational technical expertise in immunohematology, reagent development, assay development, experimental design, and scientific problem solving. Responsibilities
