Senior Associate AI Engineer - Chicago Hybrid

As a Senior Associate Platform specializing in AI & Machine Learning, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business impact. As a Data Scientist, you will work on AI and ML models, leveraging data to create insights and predictive analytics that enhance decision-making and business strategies.

• Develop and deploy AI & ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
• Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
• Implement and optimize AI models for scalability and performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest AI & ML trends and technologies to drive innovation.

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, regression, classification, and clustering techniques.
• Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or SQL for data processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and AI-driven optimization.
• Background in AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science.

Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
