Valiant is looking for a Transportation Cell Leader to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as transportation management coordinator for the RSOI&R. Coordinates efforts, monitors, controls and supervises the movement of personnel, equipment, and cargo by ground or air. Determines the most efficient mode of transport that accomplishes mission requirements in accordance with the Statement of work. Assists in the responsibility for the administrative, technical and operational aspects associated with the Transportation organization. Supervises, trains and manages all assigned Transportation personnel First line supervisory responsibilities. Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support Contract requirements as directed. Other duties as assigned. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, Active Secret preferred. EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior Senior NCO or Officer with tactical transportation management experience or civilian/government equivalent. Previous supervisory experience. Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US, and foreign Countries. Individual must submit to and pass initial drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening; Possess a valid state driver's license and CDL, or be able to obtain a CDL with Hazardous material endorsement. Must be able to work shift work and weekends DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Supervisor in transportation and Heavy Truck Driver management. Supervision of more than 50 heavy truck drivers. PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS: Individual must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be in good physical condition. Able to work outside;.
