Location: Southwest Houston / Missouri City-Stafford, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire


Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts & Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Southwest Houston/Missouri City-Stafford area. This position will support daily warehouse and parts operations, including receiving materials, scanning and entering parts information into the computer system, organizing inventory, and operating a forklift.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, parts, receiving, or material-handling experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity. The position may begin on a temporary basis with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts, materials, and inventory.
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
  • Scan parts and accurately enter information into the computer system.
  • Organize, label, and store parts and materials in designated locations.
  • Pull and move parts throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Follow established safety procedures and warehouse processes.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure parts and materials are available when needed.
  • Perform other general warehouse and parts-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, parts, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer, scanner, and basic warehouse technology.
  • Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and materials as required.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.


Schedule & Environment

  • Early morning start time with an afternoon end time.
  • Primarily Monday-Friday.
  • Hands-on warehouse and parts environment.
  • This is a parts-focused operation rather than a high-volume e-commerce/Amazon-style warehouse.
