The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, operational efficiency, and memorable guest experiences consistent with the luxury standards of our Curio Collection by Hilton property. This hands-on leader will oversee restaurant service during assigned shifts, coordinate daily floor operations, conduct pre-shift meetings, assign stations and responsibilities, and ensure team members consistently deliver attentive, personalized, and professional hospitality. Key responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, assisting with scheduling and training, monitoring service standards, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will also engage with guests, anticipate their needs, resolve concerns professionally, and support service recovery when necessary. The position will work closely with Restaurant Management, Culinary, Bar, Stewarding, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication, efficient service, and consistent guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting inventory management, labor productivity, cost controls, and identifying opportunities to improve overall restaurant performance. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience within an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or full-service dining environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing high-performing teams are essential. Previous Hilton or Curio Collection experience is preferred, along with familiarity with luxury service standards and restaurant POS systems. Schedule flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required based on hotel business needs. Lead from the floor. Empower the team. Make every dining experience exceptional.
