Job Duties Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products according to specifications and work instructions. Form sub-assemblies and final assemblies using techniques such as soldering, winding, coating, taping, cementing, molding, terminating, and vacuum filling. Clean, prepare, and install components into finished assemblies. Test and inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform small-part assembly work with a high level of precision. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned. Education Requirements No specific education requirements. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Basic math and record-keeping skills preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of wire assembly experience required. Experience working with small parts and electronic components. Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Previous electronics manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Good manual dexterity for handling small components and detailed assembly work. Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday.
