  • Supporting the planning and execution of critical lifts, engineered lifts, and specialized rigging operations.

  • Reviewing lift plans, rigging studies, engineering calculations, transportation plans, and execution procedures.

  • Assisting project teams with the selection and application of cranes, lifting devices, rigging hardware, and specialized equipment.

  • Supporting constructability reviews, proposal planning activities, and lifting risk assessments.

  • Verifying that lifting and rigging activities comply with project specifications, applicable regulations, and company requirements.

  • Supporting the home office coordination with engineering, construction, procurement, logistics, and subcontractor organizations to support successful lift and transport planning.

  • Identifying potential safety, schedule, logistical, or operational risks associated with lifting and transportation activities and recommending solutions to projects.

  • Supporting lift supervision during critical lift planning activities and providing technical guidance and lift plan development as required.

  • Supporting lift supervision as required with planning equipment delivery, staging, transportation, positioning, and installation plans.

  • Preparing technical reports, lift analyses, execution recommendations, and project documentation.

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen rigging standards, lifting practices, and construction execution performance.
