About the Opportunity

Aquent is partnering with a leading automotive financial services organization to identify a creative and technically skilled marketing professional who can support email marketing development, digital creative production, and marketing operations.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands-on HTML coding skills with digital design capabilities and an understanding of how marketing communications are developed and deployed across multiple digital channels.

Following a transition from Adobe Campaign to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, this individual will play an important role in developing and maintaining HTML email templates, creating digital assets for consumer-facing websites, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable collaborating with marketing, IT, development, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer communications.

What You'll Do

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud & HTML Email Development (50%)

Develop, build, and maintain HTML email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Write and edit HTML code to support the creation and formatting of marketing emails and customer communications.

Create and integrate digital content, including text, graphics, and existing creative assets, into email templates.

Ensure emails render correctly and provide a consistent experience across supported devices and platforms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop email communications supporting marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and account-related communications.

Support email campaigns and communications related to customer awareness, account updates, and other business needs.

2. Digital Creative & Asset Production (30%)

Create and prepare high-resolution digital creative assets, including PNG files, for consumer-facing websites and email campaigns.

Source, adapt, and incorporate existing vehicle imagery and other approved creative assets into digital marketing materials.

Develop and update visual content to support new vehicle model launches and website content updates.

Maintain consistency with established brand standards and approved automotive brand guidelines.

Support digital content updates across multiple automotive brand platforms, as applicable.

Help ensure visual consistency across desktop websites, mobile websites, and mobile applications.

Occasionally create or adapt graphics for customer letters, account statements, and other business communications.

3. Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

Partner with marketing, IT, development, QA, and business stakeholders to coordinate the execution of digital communications and website updates.

Submit and manage IT tickets to support website changes, email development, and other marketing-related requests.

Coordinate with IT development teams during website sprints and help ensure requested updates are completed accurately and on schedule.

Collaborate with internal business partners, including collections and other customer-facing teams, to support communications related to delinquent accounts, customer awareness, and account servicing.

Translate business requests into appropriate email campaigns, website content, graphics, or other digital communications.

Assist with quality assurance to verify that content, creative assets, and communications meet business requirements before deployment.

Support occasional updates to customer letters, statements, and related communications.

You understand the importance of brand consistency, responsive digital experiences, and quality assurance, and you take pride in ensuring that customer communications look professional and function as intended.

Most importantly, you can balance creative execution with the technical and operational coordination required to deliver digital marketing communications in a complex organization.
