About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our client's global running team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the merchandising efforts for footwear and apparel, ensuring seamless operations and contributing valuable insights. What You'll Do

• Actively contribute to the global running team, focusing on footwear and apparel, by providing essential support that drives product development.
• Assist in the coordination and logistical setup for critical team meetings, including booking spaces and preparing visual aids like mannequins to facilitate impactful presentations.
• Ensure impeccable data integrity by working with POS data, meticulously verifying its accuracy across various regions to support strategic decisions.
• Manage sample orders and perform crucial system updates, maintaining organized workflows and accurate records vital for product lifecycle management.
• Leverage your deep understanding of running culture to provide valuable context and insights, helping to shape products that resonate with the athletic community.
• Embrace continuous learning opportunities in Category Merchandising, contributing directly to team goals while rapidly developing your expertise in the field.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Category Merchandising, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• A profound personal interest in Running, demonstrating genuine passion and a deep understanding of running culture.
• Proven involvement in the running community, such as active participation in a running team, club, or experience as a running coach.
• Proficiency in Excel and Keynote for data analysis and presentation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience providing logistical and administrative support, including booking rooms and setting up displays.
• Familiarity with POS data analysis and verification processes.
• Ability to manage sample orders and perform system updates efficiently.
• A knack for organization and maintaining team efficiency.
