Job Description
Migration PM / Change Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Wave-based migration planning and cutover scheduling. Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners. Mapping-worksheet methodology - folder ownership, backup owners, background applications, retention-flagged records and permission steps. RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows. ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination. End-user communications and training material authoring. OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus Add shortcut to OneDrive, Known Folder Move and replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts. Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation. Required Experience Experience managing enterprise migration waves, business-unit readiness, cutovers and change adoption. Strong stakeholder management, ServiceNow coordination, communications and risk-management capability. Working knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint end-user migration impacts. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain wave plans, cutover schedules, dependencies and readiness checkpoints. Facilitate business-unit kickoffs and coordinate data owners, technical teams and support functions. Manage mapping worksheets, RACI, ownership confirmation, attestation and sign-off. Develop cutover communications, user guidance and training materials. Track risks, issues, decisions and ServiceNow tickets through closure with timely escalation. Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
