Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Project management experience with strong knowledge and application of Six Sigma methodologies. * Proven experience in project planning, project intake, requirements gathering, and viability assessment. * Experience developing value propositions aligned with business goals. * Strong understanding of organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption practices. * Knowledge of COSO internal control and enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks. * Generative AI skills and the ability to apply AI concepts in a business environment. * Proficiency with project management tools and software. * Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, risk management, and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Must reside in Arizona. Roles & Responsibilities * Lead project planning and execution, ensuring objectives are delivered on time and within budget. * Facilitate the project intake process by gathering requirements and assessing project viability with stakeholders. * Develop compelling value propositions that align with business goals and support project success. * Apply OCM best practices to enable smooth transitions, adoption, and sustained use throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies. * Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. * Prepare regular project status, challenge, risk, and outcome reports for senior management.
