You will be responsible for first-line employee relations issues, employee requests, and participate in various HR-related projects and tasks. What You Will Do As an Sr. HR Business Partner you will: Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding work-related problems and employee relations issues and escalate to HR Manager as necessary Complete all transactional processes to ensure all employee actions are completed timely and accurately Escalate work-related problems and employee relations issues to HR Manager Provide analysis of current practices and suggestions for improvement when necessary for any of the above areas of responsibilities Under limited supervision, support the business in one, or more, of the following human resources related responsibilities: Benefits and benefit administration Leave of absence administration Compensation HRIS Onboarding & Orientation Relocation Training Terminations Worker's compensation Safety/OSHA Performance management Human Resources related projects Other tasks under the Human Resources scope What You WIll Bring Your background and experience should include: Previous experience in a Human Resources role (2+ years) Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.) Background in employee relations strongly preferred, but not required Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
