Job Title: Contractor - Savings & Membership

Location(s): On-site in Pensacola, FL

This is an entry-level position. The role involves researching, processing, and resolving Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests from members, contact center, and branch. The candidate will identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place holds, and report/provide necessary documentation for review.

• Process and place holds on deposited checks
• Review/add/edit beneficiaries on member accounts
• Complete certificate maturity instructions
• Open and close certificate products
• Additional duties may be added based on business need but will include training

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
• Effective organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills
