Location: Smyrna, TN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift:Saturday - Sunday | 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Smyrna where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Sweep, dust, remove cobwebs, and mop the storeroom
• Receive, sort, label, stock, and store materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders as needed
• Issue parts and materials
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory
• Load and unload materials as assigned
• Enter and maintain basic inventory information
• Learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow established warehouse and safety procedures

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience and/or training preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Forklift experience is not required, but you must be willing to learn
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
