Short Description

Responsible for serving food according to HACCP standards. Is responsible for monitoring food preparation and checking quality, servicing guests, maintaining stock levels, and handling customers' complaints. Reviews operational issues for safety and sanitation standards. Assists in training employees, scheduling, motivation staff, performing fiscal responsibilities and making sure all guidelines are met in accordance with Cooper Policy and Procedures.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred,
