Performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Examines window and ensures quality standards have been met. * Ensures window is free or dirt or damage before wrapping. * Applies film of plastic wrap to both sides of finished product. * Places completed windows in designated location for loading onto delivery trucks. * Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures. * Able to work overtime as business needs require. * Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * No prior experience or training required.

Must wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times as deemed by management and policy. * Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Sets goals and objectives. * Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality. * Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly. * Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. * Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction. * Initiative - Volunteers readily; Asks for and offers help when needed.
