200 South Orange Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039 Job Overview: The receptionist greets each patient and family members upon arrival at the Center. Registers the patient, issues the registration face sheet, history form and patient bill of rights. Make corrections to patient data (procedure, insurance or referring physician). Alerts the staff that patient has arrived. Assumes responsibility for all activities pertaining to the reception area. Is responsible for answering phones, taking messages and directing phone inquiries to the proper person/place. Performs clerical duties without requiring constant supervision.
